Is slacking so bad at the moment.
I’m eating sooooo many carbs and I’m terrified I’m going to put my weight back on.
I’m in a really crap place at the moment. Where my head is over the place so all I want to is go to bed when I get in. So I’m not cooking. I’m eating BBQ Pringles cause I know they are vegan and I’m eating rice noodles. Carbs carbs carbs.
I need a fresh start and a fresh me :(
